- A Concept Master Plan for1.5 km2 of vacant land located adjacent to the Bohai Gulf to provide these needed facilities.
- Coordination with the "in house" TEDA civil engineers in development of the overall site utilities infrastructure
- Story Boards and 'High Concept' schemes that outlined the fifteen year development of the an entertainment theme park, commercial and residential
- Multi-use site that will include ten and fifteen acre lakes, culturaly themed amusement park, a four star and five star hotel, and three commercial districts
- Design and development of two fifteen acre lakes with lock system
- Development of “themed” entertainment areas reflective of the Chinese cultural and children's story's
