- Renovation of a 40 yr old park to meet needs of the neighborhoods changing demographics
- Master Planning for lighting and connectivity of (6) baseball fields, (6) soccer fields, sports courts, vehicular circulation, parking, raquetball, tennis, and basketball facilities
- Historic Agricultural Research and theming of Cesar Chavez and the migrant worker movement
- Coordination with City and park staff for maintenance and operations concerns
- Story board and Design Notebook development of a ‘Kit of Parts’ to guide future development
- Development of a ‘San Antonio River Walk’ lake edge seat nodes for fishing and passive recreation.
- Thematic roadway improvements to improve traffic circulation and restrict vehicular access.
- Themed entry monuments and Tot lot play area
- Xeriscape plantings and Low water use
